5. The fuselage: The upper crossbeam and platform are both welded by high-quality Q235B carbon structural steel. After welding, the internal stress is eliminated, and deformation is prevented by artificial vibration or high-temperature tempering aging treatment.
6. The Cylinder Seals: The cylinder seals are YX-type polyurethane oil seals, which achieve oil-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant characteristics.
7. The Insulation Board: The insulation board is made of high-quality calcium silicate board, with a pressure resistance of 3.5 MPa and a thermal insulation coefficient of 0.031.
8. The Electrical System: The electrical components of this machine are from the Chint brand. These components are small in size, compact in structure. It has a fatigue-resistant character and is suitable for continuous high-intensity operation.
