The raw materials used by the panel furniture manufacturers are mainly particleboard, MDF, block board, particle board, solid wood board, plywood, polymer plate, fireboard, and other wood-based panels. The selected edge strips are mainly PVC, polyester, melamine, and wood strips. The structure of the edge banding machine mainly includes the fuselage, various trimming processing components, and control systems. It is mainly used for edge sealing of panel furniture. 1. The glue mechanism adopts a particular structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensuring a more solid conglutination.
2. Through a precise guide track movement, the end trimming mechanism achieves automatic tracking, and fast and smooth cutting with high-frequency motors.
3. A fine trimming mechanism is used for trimming the excess edge materials. It adopts an automatic tracking component and high-frequency motors to ensure the trimming process is fast and smooth.
4. The scraping mechanism is used for removing the tool marks and extra glue left by the trimming process to ensure the trimming plates are smooth.
5. The buffing device adopts the cotton polishing wheels for end-polishing to make a smoother surface.

Gluing
End trimming
The mechanism is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and has a press process by the movement of the precise guide track. It has automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor with a fast-cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface is smooth.
Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors to fine-trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom sides of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even.
Scraping
The unit for perfect finishing of the applied edge.
Buffing
The unit is equipped with cotton polishing wheels to make a smooth surface by end-polishing.
