Product Description
Edge banding work is an important process in the manufacture of panel furniture. The quality of the edge banding directly affects the quality, price, and grade of the product. Edge banding, can improve the appearance quality of the furniture, prevent corner damage, and the veneer layer from picking up or peeling off. At the same time, it can play the role of waterproofing, close the release of harmful gases, and reduce deformation during the transportation and use process.
The Yingzhuo brand model YZ-C960 edge banding machine can be used for straight edge banding of medium-density fiberboard, particle board, MDF, solid wood board, plywood, polymer board, fireproof board, and other wood-based panels. The selected edge strips are mainly PVC, polyester, melamine, and wood strips. It is mainly used for edge sealing of panel furniture. It is characterized by high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetics. It has been widely used in panel furniture manufacturers.
1. Pre-milling function assures the smooth of the board.
2. The double gluing pots mechanism adopts a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensuring a more solid structure.
3. End trimming mechanism through a precise guide track movement, automatic tracking, and high-frequency motor cutting fast and smoothly.
4. Rought trimming process is cutting half of the extra edges.
5. Double Fine trimming mechanism used for repairing the excess edge materials, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.
6. The double scraping mechanism used for removing the tool marks left by the trimming and cutting process, to ensure the trimming plates are smooth.
7. Cleaning process can clean the extra glue that was lefted on the boards.
8. The double buffing devices are functioning by two groups, totally four cotton polishing wheels to make a more smooth surface.

Double Gluing
The gluing and press mechanism adopts double glue-melting device to gelatinize the plates and tape uniformly and using the different glue. Meanwhile, it makes sure that it can be glued firmly and more adoptablly.
End trimming
The mechanism is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and press process by the movement of the precise guide track. It has automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor with a fast-cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface is smooth.
Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors to fine-trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even.
