EVA Hot Melt Glue Pot for Edge Banding Machine:
High efficiency EVA hot melt glue pot with fast heating design, ready for operation in 15 minutes. Spiral glue feeding system and adjustable glue roller ensure uniform glue coating, strong bonding and smooth edge banding. Tool-free quick change glue pot allows easy cleaning and fast glue or color change. Made of high hardness, wear-resistant materials with imported ball bearings, providing stable glue output, precise glue control and long service life.

 

End Trimming Unit:
The end trimming system is designed to cut off the front and rear excess edge banding, making the edge banding flush with the workpiece panel. The unit runs on high-precision linear guides and features automatic profiling combined with a high-speed motor cutting structure, ensuring fast trimming, flat cutting surfaces and smooth finishing for edge banding applications.

Fine Trimming Unit:
The fine trimming system is used to precisely trim excess edge banding on the upper and lower sides of the panel. Equipped with arc trimming knives, the unit delivers a clean, rounded finish on both the top and bottom edges, improving overall edge banding quality.

 

Scraping Unit:
The scraping unit is designed for the edge banding machine to remove glue residue and fine marks left after trimming on the top and bottom edges.
