Edge banding work is an important process in the manufacture of panel furniture. The quality of the edge banding directly affects the quality, price, and grade of the product. Edge banding can improve the appearance quality of the furniture, prevent corner damage, and protect the veneer layer from picking up or peeling off. At the same time, it can play the role of waterproofing, close the release of harmful gases, and reduce deformation during the transportation and use process.
The Yingzhuo brand model YZ-S2 edge banding machine can be used for curved and straight edge banding of medium-density fiberboard, particle board, MDF, solid wood board, plywood, polymer board, fireproof board, and other wood-based panels. The selected edge strips are mainly PVC, polyester, melamine, and wood strips. It is mainly used for edge sealing of panel furniture. It is characterized by high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetics. It has been widely used by panel furniture manufacturers.
1. The glue pot mechanism adopts a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensuring a more solid conglutination.
2. End trimming mechanism through a precise guide track movement, automatic tracking, and a high-frequency motor cutting fast and smoothly.
3. Fine trimming mechanism used for repairing the excess edge materials, adopts automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates are trimmed smoothly.
4. The scraping mechanism is used for removing the tool marks left by the trimming and cutting process, to ensure the trimming plates are smooth.
5. The buffing device adopts the board processed by the cotton polishing wheel, by end-polishing to make a smoother surface.

Gluing

Gluing in woodworking machinery involves applying adhesive to bond wood pieces together. This is an advanced type of gluing unit, easy to maintain, and highly efficient.  It makes sure that it can be conglutinated firmly and more adaptively while changing the glue.


End trimming
End trimming in an edge banding machine is typically performed using two trimming units equipped with high-speed rotating motors. The mechanism is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and the pressing process by the movement of the precise guide track. It has automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor with a fast-cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface is smooth.

Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors to fine-trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom sides of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even. It prepares the edges for further treatment and ensures a professional-looking result. Well-trimmed edges are less prone to damage and enhance the durability of the finished product.

Scraping
The Scraping Unit is designed to remove any imperfections, roughness, or excess material from the surface of the wood. It improves the overall quality of the wood surface.

Buffing
Buffing is equipped with cotton polishing wheels to make a smoother surface and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the final product.
