Gluing
Gluing and press mechanism adopt a glue melting device to gelatinize the plates and tape uniformly, meanwhile, make sure they can be conglutinated firmly.
Quick replacement glue tank
Upgrade to a double glue tank  , which is a quick replacement glue tank that can use different colors of glue to avoid cross contamination.
End trimming
The mechanism is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and press process by the movement of the precise guide track, it is with automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor with fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface is smooth.
Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors, fine trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even.
Scraping
The unit for a perfect finishing of the applied edge.
Buffing
The unit is equipped with cotton polishing wheels to make a smooth surface by end-polishing.
