Product Description

Edge banding work is an important process in the manufacture of panel furniture. The quality of the edge banding directly affects the quality, price, and grade of the product. Edge banding, can improve the appearance quality of the furniture, prevent corner damage, and the veneer layer from picking up or peeling off. At the same time, it can play the role of waterproofing, close the release of harmful gases, and reduce deformation during the transportation and use process.
The Yingzhuo brand model YZ-C660 edge banding machine can be used for curved and straight edge banding of medium-density fiberboard, particle board, MDF, solid wood board, plywood, polymer board, fireproof board, and other wood-based panels. The selected edge strips are mainly PVC, polyester, melamine, and wood strips. It is mainly used for edge sealing of panel furniture. It is characterized by high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetics. It has been widely used in panel furniture manufacturers.

Pre-milling
Pre-milling in woodworking edge banding machines is a critical step that sets the foundation for a successful edge banding process. By preparing the edges of the work piece properly, woodworkers can achieve clean, smooth, and professional-looking edges in their woodworking projects.

Gluing

End trimming
End trimming in an edge banding machine is typically performed using two trimming units equipped with high-speed rotating motors.The mechanism is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and press process by the movement of the precise guide track. It has automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor with a fast-cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface is smooth.

Rough and Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors to fine-trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even.It prepares the edges for further treatment and ensures a professional looking result. Well trimmed edges are less prone to damage and enhance the durability of the finished product.

Corner trimming
Corner trimming ensures that the edges of the work piece are smooth, uniform, and free from any protrusions or imperfections.

Scraping
The Scraping Unit is designed to remove any imperfections, roughness, or excess material from the surface of the wood. It improves the overall quality of the wood surface.

Buffing 
Buffing is equipped with cotton polishing wheels to make a more smooth surface and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the final product.
