Main Performance Characters:
This type of hot press is specifically used for wood veneer, door assembly, and woodworking composite materials. It has the character of high-producing efficiency and good press quality. It applies the Chinese national standard B-type steel to ensure the stability of the fuselage, and its fuselage quality is the highest in its class.
1. Cylinder: The hydraulic cylinder adopts an advanced sealing structure. This design is reasonable and has reliable performance. The cylinder has double seals to prevent leakage. The double seals are made of high-quality polyurethane, which achieves oil-resistant and aging-resistant characteristics. The sealing components are easily purchased and replaced, as well as maintenance and repair, which shows a reasonable layout.
The hydraulic cylinders are made of 45#  carbon steel. The cylinders' diameter is Φ 85 mm, and every machine has 8 cylinders.
All hydraulic components are made in accordance with national standards, ensuring easy availability and replacement. The layout is rational, facilitating maintenance and repairs. In addition, the hydraulic station's oil tank is rationally designed, has a small volume, and occupies minimal space.
2. Heating system: The meticulous segmented design, low energy consumption, uniform heat transfer, and adjustable temperature.
3. Humanized design and an easy-to-operate control panel: This machine has functions of automatic uniform speed ascent, automatic pressure compensation, automatic temperature control, pressure calculation and timing, automatic mold opening, etc.
4. Hot plate:  The hot plate is made of Q235B high-quality carbon structural steel. It has been treated by artificial vibration or high-temperature tempering and aging, resulting in good surface finishing and strong wear resistance. The flatness error of the hot press plate is 0.10 mm/m2, which can greatly ensure the flatness and conformity of the pressed surface.
5. The fuselage: The upper crossbeam and platform are both welded by high-quality Q235B carbon structural steel. After welding, the internal stress is eliminated, and deformation is prevented by artificial vibration or high-temperature tempering aging treatment.
6. The Cylinder Seals: The cylinder seals are YX-type polyurethane oil seals, which achieve oil-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant characteristics.
7. The Insulation Board: The insulation board is made of high-quality calcium silicate board, with a pressure resistance of 3.5 MPa and a thermal insulation coefficient of 0.031.
8. The Electrical System: The electrical components of this machine are from the Chint brand. These components are small in size, compact in structure. It has a fatigue-resistant character and is suitable for continuous high-intensity operation.
